Eileen Rice is an experienced attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing legal representation for over 20 years to corporations, small businesses, and pharmacies in the areas of employment, general liability, and pharmacy law.
Having developed a keen aptitude for inquiry and analysis over decades of representing and counseling clients in the litigation context, Eileen also conducts independent workplace investigations into employee claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations for employers of any size.
As a longtime practitioner and former yoga business owner herself, Eileen advises yoga and wellness studios and independent fitness instructors on strategic legal issues, such as negotiating contracts, evaluating employment and human resources concerns, forming business entities, retreat planning, and online video production.
Eileen received her degrees from Wake Forest University and University of San Francisco School of Law and served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps at Project Open Hand - Atlanta.
Eileen is a two-time Boston Marathon qualifier and finisher, Ironman finisher, certified yoga instructor, and avid trail runner and hiker. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Planning & Conservation League and serves as a Rescue and Response Volunteer with The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito.
